Site preparations or as we call them "Prep-Sites" are a lot of work but are definitely worth it. A prep-site allows for proper drainage of rainwater and stagnate water to extend the life of your structure, as well as helping to stop critters from making homes underneath and chewing their way into your shed. Don't worry W.M.G. is here to help!
There are some different options to choose from when picking out your pad.
For a existing level area we border the outside dimensions with treated lumber and fill it in with #57 Limestone until level. This leaves a nice clean finished look to the site.
Another option for extremely un-level, existing areas, we will dig out the top soil and then fill with #57 limestone until level. With this method the treated lumber boarder would not be included.
